I recently embarked on a Tech Trip to Dublin with Howest, which provided a unique opportunity to explore the city’s vibrant technology landscape. During the trip, we visited several leading tech companies, including Microsoft, Google, Oracle, Meta, and Ericsson, gaining insights into their operations and innovations.
In addition to these corporate visits, we had the chance to experience Dublin’s rich cultural heritage. We toured the Guinness Storehouse, where we learned about the history and craft of brewing, and visited Trinity College to see the famed Book of Kells, a masterpiece of medieval manuscript art.
I also had the opportunity to try Irish Stew. This hearty and traditional dish truly captures the essence of Irish cuisine with its rich flavors and comforting warmth. I highly recommend that anyone visiting Ireland make it a point to savor this classic dish.
